The role involves programming, milling, turning, and CAD/CAM work, with full in-house and online/offline training provided to develop supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Oversee CNC milling/turning projects and laser cutting.
• Provide training to fill skill gaps including online and offline programming.
• Plan and schedule the workshop and mentor the team.
• Progress into a supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Programming CNC Machines (Mazak / Hurco)
• Milling and Turning
• CAD/CAM work
• Training to cover your skill gaps (online & offline programming)
• Full training on Supervisory duties, including mentoring and project coordination
• 37 hour per week, 8-4:30 (Mon-Thu), 7-12 (Fri)
