Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders
• Set up and operate the CNC punch press machine
• Manually load metal sheets into the machine
• Operate the punch press to cut, bend, or punch holes in sheet metal as per specifications
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and report any defects or malfunctions
• Maintain accurate records of production, inspections, and maintenance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Factory Manager

Additional Information

• Work hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday
• Hourly rate: £13.00 - £14.00, based on experience
• Previous CNC experience, specifically with punch pressing, is required
• Temporary to permanent positions available
• Easily accessible by public transport
