The role covers setting and operating CNC machinery, programming or editing where applicable, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring high quality parts while maintaining strict tolerances. Overtime opportunities are available.

We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Machinists to join a well-established and growing precision engineering company.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled CNC professionals looking for a long-term, permanent position within a modern machining environment working on a wide variety of precision-engineered components.

We are keen to speak with candidates from a range of machining backgrounds including CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Programmer/Setter/Operators, Setter/Operators and experienced Operators looking to develop their skills.

• Setting and operating CNC machines
• Programming or editing programmes where applicable
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Using measuring equipment to inspect finished parts

Experience Required

• CNC Milling
• CNC Turning
• CNC Programming
• Setting and Operating CNC machinery
• Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls (or similar)
• Manual inspection using micrometers, verniers and gauges
• Manufacturing or precision engineering environments
• Experience machining a variety of materials would be advantageous but is not essential.
