Job summary

Sigma Recruitment Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking a hands-on CNC Machinist to set and run CNC routers and machining centres to tight tolerances. You’ll work from drawings, inspect own work, and develop CNC programming skills over time.

The role offers £32,000 to £40,000, an annual bonus, overtime to increase earnings, a 6% employer pension, and 25 days + bank holidays. Working hours are Mon-Thu 7:30am–4:30pm and Fri 7:30am–1:30pm, with Christmas/New Year closure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on machining experience across CNC and manual equipment.
• A genuine appetite to learn CNC programming.
