Workforce Staffing Ltd in Redditch is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join the precision engineering team. You will set and operate CNC Mills or Lathes to tight tolerances, reporting to the Machine Shop Team Leader and working across shifts.

The role offers hourly rate £14.50–£15.50 plus shift allowances (£2.20–£6.10 per hour). Weeknight and weekend shift bonuses apply, and a comprehensive benefits package includes pension, life insurance, health and wellbeing program, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Background in hot metal or heavy manufacturing (preferred).
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment (micrometres, height gauges, imperial and metric).
• Confident communicator and team player.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and initiative.

Location:Redditch

Salary:£14.50 - £15.50 per hour + Shift allowance (£2.20 - £6.10hr extra)

Weekday nights: Monday - Thursday (20:00 - 06:00) (£84 week shift allowance)

Weekend night: Friday - Sunday (17:30 - 06:00) (£220 week shift allowance)
