Job summary

Entech Technical Solutions Limited in Aldershot is seeking a CNC Machinist to manufacture precision-engineered components for a well-established company based in Aldershot.

The role operates in a subcontract precision engineering environment, producing parts for aerospace, defence, medical and marine customers. You will set CNC lathes and mills, monitor the process, and work with various CNC controls to maintain tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience setting and operating CNC machinery.

• Setting CNC lathes and milling machines for production runs.
• Operating machines and monitoring the machining process to maintain quality and productivity.
• Creating, modifying and proving CNC programmes where required.
• Working with Fanuc, Siemens and other comparable CNC control systems.
• Working to close engineering tolerances, typically in the region of ±0.1mm

Location: Aldershot

Rate: £16 - £20 per hour PAYE DoE

Hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-4.30pm, Friday 7am-1pm
