Job summary

The Machining Apprenticeship rotates across placements, mainly CNC, across the Transmissions Centre of Excellence in Yeovil, with End Point Assessments in the final months.

You will combine Yeovil College study with Leonardo work placements, progressing through years and eligible for a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• GCSEs including mandatory English, Maths and Science; C/4 in Maths & English may be required before end of year 1.

Responsibilities

• Grow knowledge of an engineering business and manufacturing processes.
• Develop practical skills in manufacturing and understanding key processes and technologies.
• Engage in STEM outreach and ambassador activities in schools, colleges and universities.
