Job summary

Driver Hire Crewe is seeking a proactive Machine Operator with CNC exposure to join a busy manufacturing site in Sandbach. You will train on day shift during initial period and progress to the 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 shifts as you gain experience.

The role involves operating CNC machinery, loading/unloading, and ensuring product quality, with full training provided and overtime opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Some previous CNC experience and basic machine operating skills.
• Willingness to undertake further training and learn new processes.
• Able to follow drawings and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery.
• Load and unload machines.
• Carry out basic machine checks.
• Monitor production and product quality.
• Follow drawings, instructions and production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Complete additional training as required.
