Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator in Crewe. This permanent role offers structured hours, a secure position within a well-established manufacturer, and the opportunity to work on brand-new machining equipment with full training.

You will set up and operate CNC machinery using preset programs, perform in-process inspections, and help maintain safe, efficient production. Clear progression into setter roles is available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery.
• Able to read technical drawings and carry out basic inspection checks.
• Wanting clear development routes into setting and longer-term progression.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machinery using preset programs.
• In-process inspections, recording results and flagging defects.
• Mon-Thu 07:00-15:00, Friday finish 12:45 (some overtime available).
