The Best Connection is recruiting CNC Machine Operatives for a well-established manufacturing business in Thorne, Doncaster. Immediate starts and a temp-to-perm route are available, with training provided for those with basic CNC knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Role involves producing high-quality aluminium components, operating CNC machinery, and ensuring targets and quality standards are met. Training, development, and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery.
• Capable of reading work instructions and following procedures.
• Willing to learn and adapt training when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to drill, tap and turn aluminium components.
• Produce parts to exact specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and report product defects or deviations.
• Monitor production output and achieve targets.
• Carry out quality inspections during manufacturing.
• Prepare and pack finished products for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and production colleagues.
