Job description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components to manufacture steel components. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication processes, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with CAD and SolidWorks software. The position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in materials handling, tooling, and assembly to contribute to our production operations in a dynamic environment.

Experience
  • Proven experience in fabrication, milling, or machining environments with a solid understanding of CNC operations
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their application in manufacturing settings
  • Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling, welding, and the use of hand tools
  • Experience working within warehouse or manufacturing environments involving assembly tasks
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and programming adjustments
  • Previous exposure to tooling selection, materials management, and safety procedures is highly desirable
