Job summary

Austin Banks is seeking a hands-on CNC Machine Operator to join the production team in Doncaster. You will handle aluminium components from raw material through to despatch-ready products, working independently yet as part of a close-knit team.

The role requires you to read engineering drawings, maintain safety and cleanliness, and hit daily KPIs while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

We're for a hands-on CNC Machine Operator to join our client's production team, working with aluminium components from raw material through to despatch-ready product.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to drill, tap, and turn aluminium parts to spec
• Working from engineering drawings
• Getting finished parts prepped and packed ready for despatch
• Identify deficiency in product quality or other deviation from product specification.
• Comparing finished items against the Golden Sample to guarantee consistency
• Hitting daily production targets and KPIs
• Keeping your machine, tools and workspace safe, tidy, and where they should be

The ideal candidate will be:

• Previous experience operating CNC Machinery
• Good at managing your own time and staying on top of targets
• Willing to undertake any training relevant to the role
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Be self-managing and highly motivated
