Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to support CNC/Laser systems across England. You will join a large team, perform service, repair and installation, and deliver clear service reports while ensuring outstanding customer care.

Expect to travel and spend nights away from home as needed. You should have a service background with CNC experience, and qualifications such as NVQ/City & Guilds or a degree; electrical, electronic or electro-mechanical engineering is valued.

Qualifications

• Service-related background with an understanding of CNC, sheet metal, break press systems.
• Qualifications: NVQ's, City & Guilds, degree etc.
• Engineering background: Electrical, electronic or electro-mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex service, repair and installation for clients across England, focusing on 3D Laser/CNC technology.
• Maintain effective customer care and communication, and complete service reports.
• Work both in teams and independently on site at customer locations.
