Job summary

Mills CNC Ltd in the United Kingdom is hiring a Technical Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide first line technical assistance for DN Solutions and Zayer equipment. You will diagnose machine issues via phone and email, schedule engineer visits, and log communications in Dynamics 365.

You will ensure health and safety protocols and collaborate across departments. The role requires strong communication, customer-focused scheduling, proactive problem-solving, and IT literacy with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical field where fault diagnosis was required; CNC experience desirable
• Customer support, scheduling and coordination experience is essential
• IT literacy with PC software packages such as Microsoft Office and D365 or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Diagnose probable cause of machine issues via phone and email and provide first-line support
• Book engineer visits and identify parts requirements
• Log all communications in Dynamics 365
• Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
• Review engineer reports and share information with Mills teams per Quality Processes
