Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a CNC Manufacturing Estimator / Estimating Engineer (Full Training) in a hybrid, office-based role within commutable reach of Weymouth.

You will transition from CNC/fabrication backgrounds into a technical estimating position with comprehensive training, accuracy in quotes, costings and lead times, and close collaboration with engineering, production and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining, fabrication or manufacturing processes.
• Willing to move into estimation with full training.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotes, costings and production time frames for client enquiries.
• Working alongside Engineering, Sales and Production teams throughout the quotation process.
• Reviewing technical drawings and manufacturing requirements to ensure accurate pricing.
• Liaising with customers to support communication and service delivery.
• Full training into estimating systems, processes and commercial engineering principles.
