• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with CNC machining methods.
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings.
• Ability to complete quotations in a timely manner.
• Good communication with customers and suppliers.
• Understanding of production methods and machine tool capabilities.
