Job summary

Precision People is seeking a motivated CNC Machine Operator / Production Operative to join a growing production team in Rutland. You will set up, operate CAD/CNC cutting machinery and manufacture bespoke flooring products to exact specifications, with occasional installation at customer sites across the UK and Europe.

Full training on our specialist equipment is provided. The role offers a competitive £40k salary, 24 holidays, and a supportive environment with room for career development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC, CAD-controlled or automated production machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK & Europe for installations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CAD/CNC cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and position materials for production and meet exact specifications.
• Carry out quality inspections and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.
• Occasionally travel for on-site installations across UK & Europe.
