Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PA-approved Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• CNA training or certification may be provided or funded by the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and transfers.
• Provide care according to individualized plans and document observations.
• Maintain residents' comfort, privacy and dignity; interact warmly to support a caring environment.
