Job summary

Booking Experts B.V. is seeking a CMS Website Specialist to help customers maximise their websites and our CMS platform. You’ll combine technical know-how with clear communication to deliver practical guidance, manage restyling projects and support onboarding for new customers.

In this hybrid role, you’ll work with Product, Development and Customer Success teams to improve CMS functionality, documentation and processes, while taking ownership of projects and driving positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• A higher education qualification or equivalent level.
• At least 2 years of experience in web support, CMS management or front-end development.
• Hands-on HTML and CSS experience with CMS platforms.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and own projects.
• Continuous improvement mindset and interest in optimising processes.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with CMS questions and technical website issues.
• Provide practical guidance to improve customer websites.
• Manage website restyling projects and technical improvements.
• Make updates and customisations using HTML and CSS.
• Support onboarding projects and help new customers launch.
• Identify opportunities to improve CMS functionality and docs.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Customer Success teams.
• Share knowledge and support team development.
• Monitor website quality, usability and performance.
• Contribute ideas to shape the CMS offering.
