Job summary

Owen Daniels seeks a CMM Programmer/Inspector for a 3 month initial contract in Northampton. The role involves first-off inspection and setting/operating CMM machinery using PC-DMIS, with tasks including tool selection from Catia/PC-DMIS docs and processing NCRs.

Ideal candidates will have experience programming and operating CMMs with PC-DMIS and familiarity with Romer Arm and related inspection techniques. ASAP start on an early shift.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating CMM machinery with PC-DMIS controls.
• First-off inspection of manufactured components using CMM techniques.
• Ability to select inspection tools and techniques from relevant documents (Catia, PC-DMIS, Romer Arm)

Responsibilities

• First-off inspection of manufactured components using both handheld and CMM techniques.
• Setting and operating CMM machinery using PC-DMIS software.
• Using relevant documents to establish correct inspection tools and techniques to verify products (Catia, PC-DMIS, Romer Arm).
