Job summary

Owen Daniels seeks a CMM Programmer/Inspector for a 3 month initial contract in Northampton. The role involves first-off inspection and setting/operating CMM machinery using PC-DMIS, with tasks including tool selection from Catia/PC-DMIS docs and processing NCRs.

Ideal candidates will have experience programming and operating CMMs with PC-DMIS and familiarity with Romer Arm and related inspection techniques. ASAP start on an early shift.

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating CMM machinery with PC-DMIS controls.
• First-off inspection of manufactured components using CMM techniques.
• Ability to select inspection tools and techniques from relevant documents (Catia, PC-DMIS, Romer Arm)

If so, a contract opportunity has arisen to join a growing and exciting business based in the motorsport sector. CMM Programmer/Inspector 3 month initial contract Outside IR35 Early Shift ASAP Start Northampton CMM Programmer/Inspector

The CMM Inspector will have the following responsibilities:

• First-Off inspection of manufactured components using both handheld and CMM techniques
• Setting and operating CMM machinery using PCDMIS software
• Using relevant documents to establish correct inspection tools and techniques to confirm product verification. This could include using Catia, PCDMIS, CMM Programming, Romer Arm and manual techniques)
• Raise and process NCR’s

The CMM Inspector will require the following experience:

• Previous experience programming and operating CMM machinery with PCDMIS controls
