The Financial Ombudsman Service is seeking a Configuration and Catalogue Analyst in London. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining the CMDB and Service Catalogue with governance aligned to ITIL best practices.

You will work with technical teams to enhance service information and support audits, reporting, and service improvement. You will contribute to the maturity of ITSM processes, support self-service improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate configuration data and

Qualifications

• Holds hands-on experience supporting a CMDB and/orIT Service Catalogue in an ITSM environment.
• Experience managing configuration items such as SSL certificates, software inventories, and contracts.
• Familiar with CMDB data entry, integrations, discovery tools, or automation workflows.
• Strong ITIL knowledge, especially configuration, asset, change and service catalogue management.

Responsabilités

• Maintain CMDB and Service Catalogue data ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Support audits, reconciliations and reporting to inform risk management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve the ITSM service portfolio and self-service.
• Produce regular reports and insights to support change, incident and risk management.
