Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking a CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to build and maintain a central CMDB, underpin ITSM and Digital Workplace services, and deliver dashboards and KPI reporting from secure environments. The Opportunity

We are seeking a CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to support a major Defence customer by developing and maintaining a centralised CMDB solution that underpins critical IT Service Management and Digital Workplace services.

You will be responsible for building and improving CMDB applications, automating data collection, integrating multiple technology sources, and delivering insightful dashboards and KPI reporting. The role will play a vital part in improving service visibility, governance, operational performance, and decision-making across secure and complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain CMDB applications and workflows.
