Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue and rate management for two luxury hotels, Portrush and St Andrews. You will drive pricing strategies, oversee distribution channels, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize performance.

Based full-time at either Portrush or St Andrews with monthly travel to the other property, you will align teams and market strategies to deliver outstanding guest experiences across both locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent financial acumen, with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.

• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office suite.

Job description

The Role

You'll be based full-time at either Dunluce Lodge in Portrush or Seaton House in St Andrews - whichever suits you best - with oversight of revenue and rate management across both properties. You'll travel to the other site roughly once a month to stay close to both teams and both markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of revenue and rate strategy for both hotels
• Developing and delivering pricing strategies across all online channels
• Managing distribution channels and relationships with third-party partners
• Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and each General Manager to drive property performance
• Acting as a key member of the hotel management team, supporting a seamless, exceptional guest experience

You’ll need revenue experience in luxury hotels, familiarity with inbound golf markets, and confidence working with PMS systems.
