Berkeley Scott Limited is seeking an experienced Cluster People Director to provide maternity cover for two hotel properties in Glasgow, leading the People agenda for ~250 colleagues.

The role is hands-on and broad, focusing on learning and development, culture, and standards rollout. It requires extensive senior HR experience, strong UK employment-law knowledge, and the ability to coach a small team while influencing stakeholders across sites.

Formación

• Substantial senior HR/People leadership experience across multi-site environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ability to advise senior leaders.
• Experience managing and developing a small team of People specialists.
• Breadth across the entire People agenda: HR operations, recruitment, payroll oversight, employee relations, organisational development, learning and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the People agenda across two hotels in Glasgow, supporting ~250 colleagues.
• Coach and develop a small People team and influence senior stakeholders.
• Oversee learning & development, service culture and rollout of company standards.
• Collaborate with site leaders and manage employee relations and compliance.
