An established industry player is looking for a dynamic individual to enhance their Meeting & Events operations in Birmingham. You will work closely with the M&E Manager to maximize revenue and optimize client relationships across two prestigious hotel properties. Rate of Pay / Hours: £26,421 per Annum plus generous company benefits, training & development / 40 hours per week

Handling inbound inquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone looking to step up from a single-site M&E Executive role.
You will assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue. You will work to optimize client relationships and collaborate with other key managers across the two hotels.
This role suits an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in a similar property is beneficial, but a positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
