Change Grow Live in London (Tower Hamlets) is seeking a Cluster Lead Nurse to lead a multidisciplinary nursing team, delivering clinical interventions for individuals affected by drugs and alcohol. The role is fully on-site with 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract, and a competitive NHS-aligned pay scale.

The successful candidate will provide clinical and managerial supervision, contribute to service development, and maintain high professional standards across sites in the location.
