PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a proactive Cluster Human Resources Advisor to support three iconic London properties—Holmes Hotel, art’otel Battersea Power Station, and art’otel Hoxton. You’ll ensure HR policies and programmes are delivered consistently while shaping an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the people journey.

As HR Advisor, you’ll lead complex Employee Relations cases, coach managers, drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and support recruitment, onboarding

Qualifications

• Strong HR advisory experience with extensive Employee Relations knowledge.
• Good understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Confident to coach and influence managers at all levels.
• Resilient with sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Passion for people and creating great workplace cultures.
• Willingness to work across Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton and art’otel Battersea Power Station.

Join PPHE Hotel Group as our next Cluster Human Resources Advisor – Luxury Lifestyle Hotels. You’ll support three of our most iconic London properties - Holmes Hotel, art’otel Battersea Power Station, and art’otel Hoxton - each offering its own unique culture, creativity, and energy.
