Competenze
- Formal qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a core trade with relevant experience.
- Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams in a facilities environment.
- Strong knowledge of building services, health & safety compliance.

- Lead daily maintenance operations at Apex Waterloo Place Hotel in Edinburgh.
- Support Cluster Maintenance Manager across all Edinburgh properties when required.
- Oversee planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.
- Line manage Maintenance Technicians, provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure health, safety, and statutory maintenance compliance.
