James Webber Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading London hotel group to recruit a dynamic and experienced Cluster Director of Sales. This high-profile role will oversee the commercial strategy across a cluster of premium London properties - including an iconic five-star hotel - and is ideal for a sales leader with proven expertise across both leisure and corporate markets.

The Role - Cluster Director of Sales

As Cluster Director of Sales, you will lead a team of proactive and reactive sales professionals, working closely with General Managers and commercial teams to develop and deliver tailored strategies for each property. You will be responsible for driving revenue, increasing market share, and ensuring brand consistency across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team across multiple properties, covering corporate, leisure, MICE, and groups
  • Develop and implement bespoke sales strategies aligned with each hotel's commercial objectives
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, TMCs, DMCs, and travel partners
  • Represent the hotels at major industry events, trade shows, and familiarisation trips
  • Align closely with revenue and marketing teams to maximise visibility and performance
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to track success

About You

  • Demonstrated success as a Cluster Director of Sales or senior sales leader within the London hotel market
  • Strong experience across both luxury and upscale properties
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative and strategic mindset
  • Deep understanding of corporate and leisure segments, with strong client contacts
  • Results-oriented, commercially driven, and able to influence at senior stakeholder level
