Job summary

The Third Space is seeking a dedicated Member Concierge to welcome and assist members in a premium health club setting. You will be the first point of contact, delivering five-star service while maintaining composure under pressure and ensuring flawless member experiences.

You will join a welcoming, high-performing team with extensive training, development opportunities, and clear progression paths. A commitment to excellence and strong English communication are essential to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star customer service as the first point of contact for members.
• Create exceptional first and last impressions through interactions with members.
• Support members with inquiries and guide them through the club experience.
• Work in a luxury environment and as part of a high-performing team.
• Attend to shifts from early to late (05:00–23:00), including weekends.

Job description

• Complete an interactive video assessment (we partner with a company called Willo).
• If successful, you'll be invited to an in-person interview, including a club tour and interview with the Member Concierge Manager and Club General Manager.
• Please let us know at any stage if you require any adjustments or support to make the recruitment process as comfortable as possible.

• Annual salary of £30,784 in a full-time permanent position.
