Job summary

Third Space is seeking a Member Concierge in Greater London to be at the heart of the member experience, creating exceptional impressions daily. You will join a high-performing team, receive world-class training, and have clear progression paths within a luxury environment.

The role offers an annual salary of £30,784 in a full-time permanent position, with a complimentary Third Space membership for you and a guest. Expect early and late shifts (05:00-23:00) and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates five-star customer service standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work early/late shifts, including some weekends.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Deliver outstanding service and create lasting impressions.
• Assist with club services and respond to inquiries.
