Goals Norwich is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the complex, covering 40 hours per week with flexible shifts to ensure management cover at all times.

You will supervise Team Members, coordinate staff, and assist the General Manager with sales plans to maximise income, while maintaining high service standards and ensuring health and safety compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervising abilities.
• Strong organisational and admin skills for daily facility operations.
• Experience in roles with cash handling and stock control is desirable.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all staff including Team Members, Cleaners and Maintenance to deliver high service standards.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment and staff development.
• Contribute to business development and sales plans to maximise income.
• Ensure health & safety policies are implemented and training completed.
• Attend weekly management meetings and coordinate stock and cash reconciliations.
