David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate Club Concierge to join our team. As the face and heartbeat of the club floor, you will elevate the member experience every day by engaging with members, resolving issues quickly and confidently, and driving participation in all aspects of club life.

You will bring the DL Clubs ethos to life through warm, proactive, and solution-focused member engagement.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using data systems and digital tools.
• Confident communicator with the ability to connect with others.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members and resolve issues quickly and confidently.
• Drive participation in all aspects of club life on the floor.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and build relationships.
