Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience in customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms brand standards across the club.
• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep the building and equipment safe.
• Keep the gym facility clean and well-presented.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards.
• Deliver outstanding member service with a friendly, professional approach.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training activities.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
