IQVIA is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to head a team delivering mission-critical cloud services for a UK Public Sector client. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure high availability, reliability and scalability of cloud platforms.

You will drive operational excellence, champion automation, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to provide secure, resilient solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of CloudOps/DevOps/SRE experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Python and IaC tooling (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with AWS and Linux environments; containerisation knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a CloudOps team; manage on-call readiness and performance.
• Design and implement IaC using Terraform and Ansible; automate provisioning in AWS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor cloud services, optimise performance, reliability and cost.
• Coordinate with Service Management, Engineering & DevOps for issue resolution.
