Version 1 is seeking a Tech Lead - Java to design, develop, test and maintain cloud-based software applications. Lead a team to deliver scalable, secure solutions following CI/CD and best practices, within an agile environment.

You will own product aspects from design to user stories, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor juniors, and promote a positive team culture while working in a flexible hybrid setup with strong AWS, Microsoft & Oracle partnership context.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of Java and modern architectural patterns.
• Experience with cloud-native development and microservices.
• Proven ability to own design, estimation and user story creation.
• Experience with CI/CD, code reviews, and SOLID/DRY.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft and Oracle technologies is a plus.
• SC Eligible security clearance considered.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based software.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate delivery in agile environment.
• Own product design, estimation, shaping and requirements creation.
• Document architecture, configuration and release processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across PMs, BAs, Testing, Product.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
