Job summary

Alibaba Cloud is seeking an experienced technical support professional to monitor and analyze customers' technical challenges, helping resolve tickets quickly while aligning solutions with customer business needs. The role emphasizes stability, risk inspection, proactive monitoring, high-availability drills, and event support to ensure resilient cloud operations and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

Must have strong background in solution design and architecture for large-scale internet or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with mainstream AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, AI agents) and end-to-end technical services for AI workloads.
Solid technical background with experience building or operating cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze customers' technical challenges; help resolve tickets quickly with deep understanding of customer business.
Analyze customer usage and needs to uncover real product requirements and support product optimization.
Handle critical incidents and assist rapid business recovery through fault containment and proactive risk inspection.
Design architecture monitoring and alerting aligned with customer needs to enable proactive operations.
Provide Well-Architected guidance across security, cost, reliability, and performance.
