Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services invites a Delivery Consultant based in Cambridge to join our team. You will design, implement, and manage AWS solutions aligned with customer goals, driving success through the cloud journey with technical guidance and best practices across projects.

You will architect scalable, secure architectures, gather requirements, propose migration strategies, and mentor teams while addressing risk and performance throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture.
• Experience in cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect or senior contact center developer.
• 2+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU solutions in a contact center environment.
• 2+ years hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring and training.
