Job summary

Bytes Group in Leatherhead, United Kingdom, is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide professional project and service delivery coordination across Cloud, Security and Software Optimisation engagements. You will own a portfolio of lower complexity projects, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for customers and coordinating delivery across teams.

You will work with Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Consultants, Account Managers and customer stakeholders to ensure engagements

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating customer-facing projects or services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing meetings and customer communications.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and services.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate a portfolio of customer projects and service engagements.
• Act as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for assigned customers.
• Manage engagements through the delivery lifecycle from handover to closure.
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, timescales and objectives.
• Support mobilisation, onboarding, transition and closure activities.
• Escalate delivery concerns to senior Project Managers where appropriate.
• Lead customer project meetings, reviews and governance calls.
• Coordinate resources across Project Management, Consultancy and Sales.
• Maintain status reports, RAID logs and project documentation.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and utilisation.
• Produce customer-facing progress reports and governance packs.
