The role involves building incident.io's security function from the ground up, with a strong focus on cloud security and AI-driven workflows, while maintaining rapid delivery and autonomy.

You'll join a small, fast-moving team, shaping security from first principles and partnering with engineers to keep our platform secure as we scale.

Responsibilities

• We built a new security team from scratch this year.
• We're now three people, and we're looking for our final two, focusing on cloud security.
• The work is greenfield and you'll be deciding how security gets done at incident from first principles.
• There is very little process, so you can move quickly with real autonomy over how you approach the work.
• You'll be responsible for securing AI features and AI-driven workflows shipped into the product.
