Job summary
Atos is seeking a SAS Engineer to join the Data Analytics & AI Practice in the UK. You will migrate SAS workloads and data pipelines to modern cloud platforms, designing, building, configuring and optimising SAS migration solutions while ensuring data quality and business outcomes.
This role emphasizes SAS, ETL, data migration and automation within a cloud-first environment. You will work with SAS SMEs, architects, and delivery teams to deliver migration milestones, and leverage experience
Qualifications
- Experience in SAS engineering, development, and administration.
- Proven ETL development, data integration and pipeline implementation.
- Experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation and data quality.
- Scripting ability to automate migration and transformation activities.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and implement SAS components and workloads on target cloud platforms.
- Develop and optimise SAS data flows, ETL processes, and migration scripts for cloud migration.
- Execute data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cleansing to ensure data integrity.
- Support testing, defect resolution, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with SMEs, architects, and delivery teams to achieve milestones.
