Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Cloud Programme Manager to lead enterprise cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes from strategy to delivery. You will drive multi-workstream initiatives across AWS, Azure and GCP and partner with clients to realise business benefits.

In this role you will shape governance, manage stakeholders, coach cross-functional teams, and apply AI tooling to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Leading or managing medium-to-large cloud and infrastructure programmes, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment.
• Delivery of cloud migrations and modernisation across major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) with familiarity in DevOps/FinOps.
• Strong governance capability including business case, roadmap, RAID, dependency management, executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cloud and infrastructure transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Own programme governance, roadmap and SOW management to deliver business outcomes.
• Define and track programme benefits with client finance and business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across client, Capgemini, hyperscalers and vendors.
