VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & Developer Platform Lead to provide technical leadership for Vodafone’s cloud infrastructure and internal developer platform capabilities. The role focuses on engineering, reliability, automation, and AI-native software delivery across multiple teams, combining hands-on work with platform ownership.

Qualifications

7+ years in cloud, infrastructure or platform engineering.
Experience leading cloud or platform delivery within technical teams.
Hands-on IaC, automation and cloud-native architectures.
Experience building or operating Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
Strong knowledge of security, observability and reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead cloud infrastructure and internal developer platform engineering within a platform capability or engineering domain.
Design, build and operate cloud infrastructure and internal developer platform capabilities.
Own infrastructure-as-code, automated provisioning, platform automation and engineering environments.
Build and maintain reliable, secure and self-service engineering environments.
Ensure infrastructure meets security, operability, compliance and resilience requirements.
Improve developer productivity through reusable platform services and tooling.
Drive reliability, observability and operational readiness across platform services.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring across engineering teams.
