Loftware is seeking a Cloud Operations Architecture Lead to help shape the future of cloud services. In this role, you will lead complex cloud infrastructure initiatives and mentor a team of engineers to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with AWS and/or Azure and will collaborate with various teams to optimize performance and reliability.

This position offers flexibility in working arrangements (hybrid or remote) and is based in the UK, with a competitive salary range of £60,000–£80,000 per annum based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services, networking, and automation is required.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Drive cloud infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate team workflows to ensure effective delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities.
