Job summary

NSD is seeking a Cloud Native DevOps Engineer for an on-site Gloucester role, offering up to £95,000 per year. The role requires active SC clearance and eligibility for DV, with experience in DevOps, AWS Cloud, and client-facing project delivery.

You will design and implement cloud solutions, build scalable infrastructure with Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation and serverless tech, and work with project teams using Agile practices on mission-critical defence programs.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance and eligibility for DV Clearance.
• Based in Gloucester or able to travel to Gloucester.
• Experience in a DevOps role or similar.
• Experience designing and building cloud solutions using AWS and DevOps best practices.
• Ability to create and manage scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation and serverless technologies.
• Experience working directly with clients and project teams to deliver technical solutions end to end.
• Experience using Agile and DevOps methodologies to improve delivery, collaboration and solution quality.
