Job summary

Capgemini in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solution Architect to shape architecture for client engagements, leading from early design through delivery and providing technical leadership across teams. You will work with UK and India groups and drive risk analysis and estimation in complex enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of AWS for delivery of cloud-native solutions.
• A strong background in open-source technologies and frameworks; API-centric architecture, and experience of designing scalable, resilient and secure applications.
• Microservice-based architectures using domain driven design, event sourcing patterns and containerisation technologies
• Exposure to and some experience of working with structured architecture approaches such as TOGAF or SAFe

Responsibilities

• Work on some of the most leading edge cloud-native architectures in development today.
• Take end-to-end ownership of shaping solutions & defining the right architectural approach.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering teams to ensure our solutions are built to reflect your solution vision and make the best use of current development practices.
• Be a trusted technology adviser to our clients as well as to Capgemini colleagues.
