Job summary

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking a Mid-level Cloud Engineer to join the WebNet team in Mansfield. You will work across application and platform development, using languages such as PHP, Golang, Node.js (TypeScript) or C#, and contribute to IoT integrations, APIs, and backend tooling for the DSE WebNet platform.

You will collaborate with Cloud SRE, build containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes, and participate in CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and SDLC improvements, while continuing

Qualifications

• Experience with one or more OO languages (PHP, Go, Node.js, C#).
• Experience with TypeScript, HTML and CSS for web applications.
• Develop and deploy containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of IoT protocols and MQTT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to application and platform development across WebNet.
• Develop platform services and APIs for IoT integrations and backend tooling.
• Maintain monitoring, alerting and dashboards (Grafana/OpenTelemetry).
• Collaborate with Cloud SRE on reliability and performance metrics.
• Contribute to SDLC improvements and automated delivery processes.
