Job summary

InterEx Group is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Cloud Infrastructure initiatives. You will oversee cross-functional teams across regions, align with Tech Directors and business partners, and drive delivery within constraints of time and budget.

You will partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and retail operations to refine strategies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related work experience with Cloud Infrastructure disciplines.
• 8+ years of program management experience with 5+ years directing projects using Agile.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in global organisations.
• Experience with cloud architectures and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large, complex cross-functional initiatives through the project life cycle.
• Define scope, deliverables, funding and staffing to meet program goals.
• Develop plans and ensure initiatives stay on scope, schedule and budget.
• Provide program updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage program Opex/Capex budgets and vendor relationships.
