Job summary

Amazon is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager for AWS ProServe to lead complex cloud solution deliveries. You will blend business needs with technical execution, driving migrations, governance, and stakeholder alignment across diverse teams.

Applicants should bring strong program management experience, familiarity with AWS frameworks, and ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences. UK Government clearance eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams.
Experience in leading IT projects delivered to external customers.
Experience in program or engagement management with multiple concurrent projects.
Experience with Agile and project management toolsets such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and transformation projects from inception to completion.
Ensure delivery within agreed time frames, budget and quality parameters.
Develop and execute plan at project level with agility to meet evolving objectives.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across customers, partners and internal teams.
Drive key decisions and resolve project risks and issues.
Establish governance, structure and communication plans for projects.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of technical specialists and ensure security/compliance requirements.
